With a family background in farming and raising livestock, my journey in veterinary medicine began in India, where I completed my Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (1996) and Master's in Veterinary Surgery (1999) from the College of Veterinary Science, Punjab. I further enhanced my expertise by earning my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from Atlantic Veterinary College in Charlottetown, PEI, Canada.
Since founding Bridgwater Vet Hospital in Winnipeg in 2005, I've dedicated myself to working closely with pet owners to provide the best possible care for their animals. My areas of expertise include surgery, medicine, endoscopy, and dentistry.
Beyond veterinary medicine, I enjoy sports including hockey, cricket, and football. I also express my creativity through oil painting and love to travel. At home, I share my life with my wife and three daughters, along with our German Wirehaired Pointer, Xena.
As a multilingual veterinarian fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, I strive to provide accessible care to our diverse community. I look forward to meeting you and your pets at Bridgwater Vet Hospital.
