My love for animals and desire to help them in a meaningful way led me to a career in veterinary medicine. I graduated from Red River College’s Veterinary Technology program in 2020, and my main areas of interest are anesthesia and analgesia. I find it incredibly rewarding to start patients on IV and see them begin to feel better—it’s one of my favorite parts of the job.
Beyond veterinary medicine, I have a unique background—I’m trained in medieval falconry and even spent time as a zipline tour guide! While I love my current job, I do miss the thrill of ziplining every day.
At home, I have a rough collie, a corn snake, a boa constrictor, and a dove, making for quite the diverse pet family!
