I’ve always loved animals and grew up surrounded by pets, so a career in veterinary medicine was a natural choice. I graduated from Robertson College’s Veterinary Office Assistant program in 2013, and I love that no two days in this field are ever the same—every day brings something new and exciting.
Emergency medicine is the area that interests me the most. The fast pace, critical cases, and problem-solving involved keep me engaged and always learning.
A fun fact about me? I’m actually allergic to animals—but that hasn’t stopped me from working in veterinary medicine! At home, I’ve shared my life with two incredible Sphynx cats, Sookie and Hades (RIP 2025).
